Honestly, how fat is my stomach on a scale of 1-10?
My specs are:
Age 17
Gender: M
Height: 5′7
Weight: ~115
And yes, my BMI says I am normal, but I don’t think that applies to my stomach, its extemely disgusting and I want to impale myself everytime I look in a mirror.
Please be honest, I am going through a crisis right now and I’ve been feeling like a complete whale. I hate my body and I feel like my stomach is huge. I want to start on a diet and maybe lose 20ish pounds from my stomach, I feel disgusting. I might make an appointment with my doctor to start on a diet after I get some opinions.
Once again please answer seriously I am in a lot of mental distress.

pssh, you barely have a pinch of fat. you’re perfectly fine. i don’t think you even have 20 lbs to lose.
if you want to get rid of it that badly, it shouldn’t take too long. just don’t drink coke and limit carbs. you’re not as bad as you think you are x.x

I can grab more rolls than you and I definitely do not consider myself fat. what you have is called "skin"
Really, you are not fat AT ALL. What you need to focus on is just building muscle. your body is just fine, seriously. I dont know why you feel so uncomfortable… In fact, my boyfriend sort of has your body shape, he is around 5′10", 20, and skinny like you, and I think he looks great
Start hitting the gym or finding some good at home workouts that help build muscle.

go there. This site has a 16 week program that is supposed to get you RIPPED, and all you need are a few dumbells and these stretchy bands. Its good if you cant afford a gym membership
And pleease, I know everyone is hard on themselves, but I don’t think you need to go to the extreme. Like I said, your body sort of looks like my boyfriends, and I love it
be confident and just get out there and start working out and building muslce! It will make you feel good. OO and one more thing, building muscle means taking in extra protein: so whey protein shakes will be your best friend for a while lol
